As our products are specially designed for babies and kids, we follow strict quality and sanitation standards to ensure every item reaches you clean, pure, and safe to use.

For this reason, we do not offer returns.
We only provide exchanges in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please share an unboxing video and clear images of the defect.
This helps us ensure a smooth and fair resolution. All requests must be emailed to info@laadandloom.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.
